We went up to Eskrigg to join Jim Rae empty the moth traps which had been set the previous night.
Last month Jim caught over 150 moths - if you remember we had a warm week at the end of April !?
But this month, being colder again, the traps had only found about 50 moths.
They were already in their pots and available for folk to try and identify them.
