Day 19 - 30 Days Wild project
The moth traps from last night were emptied this morning.
The main contender was the Heart & Dart moth with nearly a dozen in one trap.
The ever popular Poplar Hawk moth turned up in two traps.
These are a few of the other moths released after the trapping.
I also looked around the garden because I had spotted a few small bees on the flowers and wondered if they were different species.
Whilst walking round the garden - this young Blackbird was sitting still in plain view.
Oh yes, this young Starling was spotted on the feeder branch making it easier to take close up photos without disturbing the subject.
