More moths! With much warmer weather the moths seem to have arrived at last! Hurray. We have been getting better numbers of moths and many of them are in pristine condition! Lovely to see them at their best. Posted a few in yesterdays report as we caught some of them around the trap.
This morning there were more treats in store as we opened the traps.
A local national trust property was hosting a fun day so we went along as our Going Wild day out. The Family Fun, Food and Drink day was being hosted by Threave Gardens. Whether you wanted to sample and buy delicious food made locally, have fun on the bouncy castle or rides, or just wander around the beautiful grounds there was something for everyone. The weather was brilliant so Threave was very busy, but there was plenty of room for everyone!
Our day was nicely rounded off by coming home and finding a Painted lady butterfly in the garden!
